Joel Neale

Joel Neale is the Global Commercial Director at Ingevity, where they focus on developing new products and applications for the polyurethane, coatings, adhesives, and plastics markets. Previously, they held various roles at Perstorp Group, including Product Manager and Regional Business Manager for the Asia Pacific region, from 2016 to 2021. Joel also serves as a Board Member for both the South Carolina Aquarium and MITO Material Solutions. They earned a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Liverpool, complemented by a year of industrial experience.
