Michael Youngblood

Michael Youngblood is an experienced production and engineering professional with a solid background in maintenance and reliability management. Since January 2019, Michael has held multiple managerial positions at Ingevity, including Production Manager, Engineering and Maintenance Manager, and Maintenance & Reliability Manager. Prior to Ingevity, Michael worked at Koppers Performance Chemicals as Plant Engineering Manager and Project Engineer from January 2014 to October 2018. Michael also served as Trainer and Lead Service Technician at Ford's RV Refrigeration Service & Training Center, where responsibilities included servicing RVs and training students in Absorption Refrigeration. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Honeywell and Mechanical Engineer at Apex Engineering. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, earned between 2001 and 2004.
