Paul Quinn

Paul Quinn has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Paul began their career in 1994 at Voith AG, where they held the position of European L&D Manager/HR Manager (UK) for over 11 years. Paul then worked at Airbus as an HR Business Partner from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they joined Shop Direct Group as an HR Business Partner from 2008 to 2009, and Centrica Energy as a Senior HR Manager from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at Perstorp Group as a Senior HR Business Partner. Currently, they are employed at Ingevity as the HR Director - EMEA & Latin America, a position they have held since February 2019. In November 2023, they will transition into the role of HR Director - International at Ingevity.

Paul Quinn's education history includes a 2:1 degree in Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, which they obtained between 1997 and 2002. In 2014 and 2015, they pursued a degree in NLP - Behavioural/Psychology as an NLP Master Practitioner from Inspire 360. Additionally, in 2000 they received a Myers-Briggs Assessor qualification from OPP. Paul also completed the CIPD Human Resources Management program at St Helens College from 1990 to 1992. Furthermore, from 1985 to 1987, Paul Quinn earned a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business & Finance from Liverpool John Moores University. Paul later obtained qualifications as an Occupational Personality Questionnaire Assessor and as an Assessment & Development Centres - Qualified Assessor in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology from CEB SHL in 2000. In 2018, they became a Talent Q Personality Assessor after completing the program at Korn Ferry. Finally, Paul Quinn also received a Wave Personality Assessor qualification in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology from Savile Consulting.
