Rich Leever

Rich Leever is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Contractor at Ingevity since July 2020, Rich focuses on recruiting exempt openings for the chemicals and materials business. Rich has held roles such as Bikes for Kids Chairperson at VERDE VALLEY CYCLISTS COALITION since January 2017 and was the Owner of Leever Search from January 2016 to January 2018, providing contingency search results for companies ranging from $30M to $5B in sales. Previous experience includes senior recruiting positions at Verso Corporation, WorkflowOne, WaterburyGroup, and Goodrich, where Rich managed diverse recruitment needs and implemented effective HR strategies. Rich's foundational experience in human resources began as the Director of Human Resources at AIDA-America, where Rich established comprehensive HR policies for a start-up. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University and has further educational credentials from the University of Dayton.
