Terry Lathem

Terry Lathem, PhD has a strong background in air quality, emissions, and regulatory affairs. With a PhD in Earth and Atmospheric Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, Terry has worked in various roles at Georgia Tech, Phillips 66, and currently at Ingevity. Terry's experience includes managing global regulatory and legislative affairs for performance materials and chemicals, specializing in quantification and control of automotive evaporative emissions and assessing the impact of automotive emissions on air quality. Terry has also served as a technical advocate and scientific policy advisor for energy and environment issues in the oil and gas industry. Collaborations with prestigious organizations and multiple publications showcase Terry's expertise in the field.
