Tom Castle is an experienced professional in the field of polymer chemistry and business development, currently serving as the New Business Development Manager at Ingevity since June 2025, focusing on sales opportunities within the Advanced Polymer Technologies business in the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Synthomer from June 2017 to April 2025, including Global Sales Manager for battery materials and Commercial Director for the battery business, managing customer accounts and overseeing global strategy.
