Tom Daffron

Tom Daffron possesses extensive experience in quality and performance management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Sr. Director of Performance Materials at Ingevity since April 2018. Prior to this role, Tom held various leadership positions at MAHLE from January 2009 to March 2018, including Plant Manager and Head of Preventive Quality. Tom began a career in quality management at Behr America Inc. from 2004 to 2009 as the Manager of Quality. Academic credentials include an MBA from The Citadel and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
