Vicki Johnson

Vicki Johnson has extensive experience in operations and project management within the chemical industry, currently serving as Global Expansion Manager at Ingevity since November 2018, following previous roles including Director of Operations - Planning and Distribution. Prior to Ingevity, Vicki held the position of Technical Manager, Process Development at Ingevity (formerly MeadWestvaco) from 2011 to 2018, where responsibilities included team leadership, plant expansion support, and project portfolio management. Vicki's career began in 1985 with roles such as Process Engineer at Arizona Chemical and progressed through various management and engineering positions at MWV Specialty Chemicals, demonstrating significant expertise in production and process optimization over a span of more than three decades. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business.
