BioIngine.com - Bioinformatics Platform (Ingine Inc venture)

Solution driven by Quantum Algebra while residing within the large Patient Health Information Exchange (HIE) works in creating capability for Clinical Efficacy and also facilitates in the better achievement of Efficiencies in the Healthcare Management that ACO seeks.

Is an algorithm driven Clinical Decision Support System, that is inherently Evidence Based Medicine. The solution besides enabling EBM also delivers knowledge graphs for Public Health surveys.

Innovating from fundamental science has resulted in the development of Data Science to deliver Health Knowledge by Probabilistic Inference. The solution developed addresses following main points besides many others.

Interoperability challenges of delivering semantically relevant knowledge both at patient health(clinical) and public health level (ACO).

Overcome challenges created by the large data sets; such as uncertainty and high-dimensionality.
Advance MU1, MU2 and MU3 goals by addressing risk factors by integrating CDSS into HIE.

Overcome some serious inadequacies in the existing methods based on Bayes Net, that does not necessarily deliver AI driven (unsupervised) Knowledge Extraction by Inference that is validated for its coherence. This is significant since we are extracting semantic tags and building semantic triple store from millions of records by automation and machine learning.

Features:-

Bi-directional Bayesian Probability for knowledge Inference and Biostatistics (Hyperbolic)

Built upon medical ontology (in fact this is discovered by machine learning, AI techniques ). Can be both hypothesis and non-hypotheses driven.

Quantum probabilities integrating algebra, calculus, vector space, Bayesian knowledge inferencing, Riemann zeta to deal with sparse data and finally driven by overarching Hyperbolic Dirac Net.

Builds into web semantics employing NLP. (Integrates both System Dynamics and Systems Thinking)
