Andreas Andersson

Andreas Andersson is currently a Project Development Manager at Ingka Centres, focused on developing the Ingka Centre in Kungens Kurva. With over 20 years of experience in complex construction and development projects, Andreas previously held positions such as Senior Project Manager at NCC Property Development AB, where they managed significant projects like Torsplan 1 and Torsplan 2, both of which achieved BREEAM certification. They also served as a Property Developer for multiple projects including Järva Krog and Hangar 5. In addition to their extensive project management experience, Andreas was the Managing Director of Byggplanering Fastighetsteknik i Stockholm AB, marking the first external CEO in the company's long history. They hold a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Building from the University of Gävle.
