Heather Ricks

Heather Ricks has extensive project management experience across various industries, including aerospace and retail. Notable roles include Business Improvement Manager at Rolls-Royce PLC, where responsibilities encompassed the Process Excellence Programme, and Project Manager for the Naval Systems (LCS Project) at Rolls-Royce International, managing a significant supply chain project valued at approximately US$6M. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Rolls-Royce AB, overseeing the Mermaid Podded Propulsion projects, and more recent work as Project Lead at Ingka Centres. Heather holds an M.B.A. with Distinction from The Open University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Management Sciences from Edinburgh Napier University, along with a Project Management Qualification from the Association of Project Managers.
