Erica Shern

Erica Shern is currently the Director of Nursing at INGLESIDE. Erica has over 10 years of experience working with Alzheimer's patients and their families. Erica has a passion for helping others and making a difference in the lives of those affected by Alzheimer's. Erica has worked for the Alzheimer's Association, Tribute at Heritage Village, and Alzheimer's Care Solutions. Erica is a highly skilled and experienced nurse who is dedicated to their work and providing quality care for their patients.

Erica Shern has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Baylor University. Erica is certified as a Validation Worker from Sunrise Senior Living, a NIDE Certified Dementia Educator from the National Institute for Dementia Education, and a PAC Certified Trainer and Coach from Positive Approach, LLC.
