Norma Brooks

Norma Brooks has extensive experience in administrative and billing roles, currently serving as a Billing Representative at Ingleside at Rock Creek since May 2011. Prior to this role, Norma spent over three decades at the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), where Norma worked as an Administrative Assistant from August 1976 to August 2010.
