Maksym Havrysh is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of PMO at INGO since 2017. Previously, Maksym held the position of Head of UW, Claims & Product Development Division at RENAISSANCE LIFE from 2010 to 2016, and worked as a Business Analyst / Project Manager at ViDi LAB from 2016 to 2017. Maksym began their career with earlier roles between 2006 and 2010. They earned a Master's degree from Kyiv National Economics University, completing their studies in 2006. Additionally, Maksym briefly worked as a Leading Change Management Specialist in the Organizational Development Division at lifecell Ukraine in 2016.
