Benjamin C. is a seasoned learning professional and strategic knowledge management leader with a robust background in designing and delivering impactful training programs. They served as a Senior Training Manager at Ecolab, where they led the development of comprehensive training strategies for a global supply chain organization. Previously, Benjamin held positions at McGraw-Hill Education and Praxair, focusing on instructional design and enhancing safety through certification programs. Currently, they are the Knowledge Management Lead at Ingredion and continue to share their passion for development as a youth soccer coach. Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Graphics from Purdue University.
