Drew Kochell

Drew Kochell possesses a robust background in food science and quality control, currently serving as the Quality Control Manager at Ingredion Incorporated since November 2015. Previous roles at Ingredion include Quality Engineer and Unit Chemist, with responsibilities involving the treatment and drying of chemically modified corn starch and leading operations at a pilot scale process advancement center. Drew's experience also includes a position as a Cellar Hand at Hunnicutt Winery, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of winemaking. Additional roles as a USDA Lab Technician focused on researching soybean plant samples, and as a Food Science Lab Technician at Purdue University involved constructing experimental tests for new process technologies.
