Eric Chen possesses extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a culinology leader at Ingredion Incorporated since September 2014. Prior to this role, Eric worked as an innovation chef at Unilever Bestfoods from January 2003 to November 2014 and served as a regional executive chef at Eurest from January 2000 to January 2003. Eric holds a bachelor's degree in Food Science from Shanghai Normal University, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
