Jason Keys is an experienced operations and production supervisor with a diverse background in managing manufacturing processes and teams. Currently serving as a Business Owner at The Final Touch since November 2017 and as an Operations Supervisor at Ingredion Incorporated since December 2018, Jason has a proven track record of implementing effective staffing plans, reducing overtime, and enhancing productivity by identifying and eliminating operational barriers. Previous roles include Production Supervisor at Mitchel & Scott Machine Company, Inc., Carrier Corporation, and Allison Transmission, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams, facilitating process improvements, and maintaining production quotas in collaboration with union officials.
