Jonathan Dias currently serves as a Performance and Digital Logistic Analyst for LATAM at Ingredion Incorporated, a position held since February 2022. In this role, Jonathan is responsible for developing automations and applications that optimize operations, managing the IPS operational management system for logistics across all factories, and overseeing key operational indicators, contributing to significant performance improvement from 60% to 85%.
