Senior Nutrition Scientist

Junrui CHENG, Ph.D., is a Senior Nutrition Scientist at Ingredion Incorporated since July 2022. Prior to this role, Junrui CHENG served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at North Carolina State University from December 2019 to January 2022, and as a Senior Nutrition Research Scientist at Amway from April 2018 to May 2019. Additionally, Junrui CHENG worked as a Graduate Research Fellow at the USDA Jean Mayer Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging between July 2014 and December 2017. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition from Tufts University (2014-2017), a Master of Science (M.S.) in Nutritional Epidemiology from the same institution (2012-2014), and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Clinical Nutrition from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2008-2012).
