Katelyn Lichte

Katelyn Lichte is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in production management and process improvement. Currently serving as Unit Manager - Wet Mill at Ingredion Incorporated since January 2025, Katelyn previously held the position of Senior Production Supervisor at Cargill, managing various aspects of specialty corn wet milling and utilities. Katelyn's expertise includes successful project management during a tenure as Production Management Engineer Co-Op, where initiatives led to increased efficiency and safety in production processes. Katelyn also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Buhler and as a Medical Device Intern at UMN - Medical Device Center, contributing to diverse engineering projects. In addition to technical skills, Katelyn has demonstrated leadership through roles such as Women's Inclusion Network Chair at Corteva Agriscience and Team Tech Director for the Society of Women Engineers. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
