Lance Shields

Lance Shields possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety, having served in various roles at Ingredion since September 1996, including Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Manager, Food Safety Team Leader, and Lab Supervisor/Process Chemist. Prior to this, Lance worked as a Process Chemist at Casco Inc. from May 1993 to September 1996. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physical Science and Chemistry from the University of Toronto.
