Michael Levy, JD, MBA is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Ingredion Incorporated since June 2004, where responsibilities encompass corporate governance, securities law compliance, M&A, and providing legal support to senior executives. With extensive experience in managing legal affairs for various global regions, including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Michael has played a significant role in high-profile acquisitions and strategic business developments. Prior to Ingredion, Michael practiced as an Associate Attorney at Goldberg Kohn, advising clients on corporate and intellectual property matters. Michael holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and dual degrees in Economics and Statistics from The George Washington University.
