Ron Grammas

Ron Grammas is an experienced engineering and project management professional with over three decades in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of CAPEX Execution at Ingredion Incorporated since October 2010, Ron oversees a team responsible for large capital projects exceeding $5 million globally. Previous roles at Ingredion include Director of Corporate Engineering, where collaboration with regional engineering leaders was key to enhancing capital project execution, and Director of Project Engineering for North America, providing leadership to Project Engineering professionals. Before joining Ingredion, Ron was with National Starch and Chemical, where responsibilities spanned engineering, maintenance, and operational management across various sites. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
