Simon Adderley is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of experience at Ingredion Incorporated, currently serving as Senior Director for Commercial, Texture & Healthful Solutions in EMEA. Previously, Simon led the Sales & Technical Services function across EMEA, developing strategies that exceed growth targets for various categories, including Dairy, Savoury, Beverages, and Bakery. Simon has managed a team of 50 professionals throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and CIS, overseeing multiple sales offices. Simon's earlier career includes roles at Campbell Soup Company as a Quality Technologist. Simon holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a BSc in Biology from the University of Essex.
