Tim Bock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Ingredion Incorporated since March 2010, Tim leads product management and customer service initiatives across the United States and Canada, focusing on continuous business improvement. Previous roles at Ingredion include Sr. Manager of Domestic Customer Support and Manager of Customer Support for Sweeteners and Specialty Sweeteners, where Tim was responsible for overseeing teams, enhancing customer experiences, and providing operational support. Prior to Ingredion, Tim worked as a Producer at CBS Radio, where production responsibilities included shows for the Chicago White Sox radio network. Tim holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Governors State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Radio Talent/Production from Columbia College Chicago.
