Tupper Eric

Tupper Eric has over three decades of experience in the starch industry, currently serving as a Pilot Plant Operator and Supervisor at Ingredion Incorporated since July 1990, where management of starch modification is a primary responsibility. Concurrently, Tupper Eric has held a supervisory role at Penford Products since July 1990, contributing two years in R&D as a starch chemist and co-authoring two patents, while managing production in wet milling, starch treating, drying, and packaging for the past twenty years. Tupper Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Coe College (1984-1988) and has pursued further education at Mount Mercy University.
