Umed Ali

Umed Ali is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the chemical engineering sector, currently serving as the Production Head at Ingredion Incorporated since March 2016. In this role, Umed Ali provides technical support for facility safety initiatives and ensures compliance with environmental health and safety standards, achieving a record of zero lost time incident rates. Prior to this position, Umed Ali held roles as a Production Engineer in the Wet Starch Division and as a Shift Engineer in the Dry Starch & Glucose Refinery. Umed Ali's early career includes internships at the Fuel Research Centre and Fauji Fertilizer Company. Umed Ali earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology and completed the Higher Secondary School Certificate in Pre-Engineering at Mehran Model School & Intermediate Science College.
