Wendy Smith

Wendy Smith has over 15 years of experience at Ingredion Incorporated, currently serving as the Senior Manager for the Ingredion Performance System, specializing in Food and Industrial Ingredients for the US and Canada. Throughout the tenure, Wendy has held various leadership roles including Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and Continuous Improvement Manager at both corporate and department levels, demonstrating a strong focus on process enhancement. Prior experience includes working as a QC Manager and Laboratory Technician at Ingredion. Prior to this, Wendy gained research experience as a Research Assistant at IUPUI from 2005 to 2007. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Wittenberg University, completed in 2004.
