Wendy Smith has over 15 years of experience at Ingredion Incorporated, currently serving as the Senior Manager for the Ingredion Performance System, specializing in Food and Industrial Ingredients for the US and Canada. Throughout the tenure, Wendy has held various leadership roles including Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and Continuous Improvement Manager at both corporate and department levels, demonstrating a strong focus on process enhancement.
