Paula Scheffel

Paula Scheffel is currently the Head of People at Ingresse, where they lead initiatives in talent acquisition and development. With extensive experience in Human Resources, Paula previously held roles such as HR Business Partner Manager at Rede D'Or São Luiz and HR Business Partner at Globo and PicPay. Their career also includes positions focused on training and development, particularly at Oi S.A and as a Training and Development Consultant at Rhaiz Soluções em Recursos Humanos. Paula holds a degree in Pedagogy from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and an M.B.A. in People Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and is currently pursuing further specialization in People Management at PUC-RS.
