Milena Manić

Milena Manić is the Head of People Operations at Ingsoftware, where they previously served as the Head of HR and Human Resources Officer. They began their career as an English Language Teacher at an elementary school and later worked as an HR Assistant at Ates Soft, specializing in recruitment within the IT sector. Additionally, Milena has extensive experience as a freelance translator and held leadership roles in JCI, where they focused on member recruitment and development. Milena holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philosophy.
