Matthew Weeks

Matthew Weeks is an experienced operations superintendent and production engineer currently employed at Inhance Technologies since November 2023. Previously, Matthew held various engineering roles at LSB Industries, Inc. from March 2018 to November 2023, including ACE Engineer, Upgrades Process Engineer, and Process Engineer, where responsibilities included formulating long-term asset maintenance plans and implementing safety measures in routine procedures. Additional experience includes serving as Staff Technician II at Air Hygiene International, Inc., conducting onsite testing of stationary stacks, and holding multiple positions at the University of Oklahoma, culminating in a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering earned in 2017.
