Shane Steelman

Shane Steelman has a extensive work experience in the coatings industry. Shane held various leadership roles, including COO, President, and General Manager, at companies such as Inhance Technologies, Pennakem LLC, and Vencorex US, Inc. Prior to these roles, they served as a Director of Production and Assistant Site Director at Perstorp Coatings SAS and as a Site Manager at Perstorp Coatings, Inc. Shane also worked at Rhodia as a Supply Chain Manager for the Coatings business in North America.

Shane Steelman attended Auburn University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Shane then pursued a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1995 to 2000. In 2007-2008, they attended the Texas McCombs School of Business and completed their Master of Business Administration, specializing in General MBA Studies.
