InherisAI, Inc. is a FinTech technology and operating company building the infrastructure that makes 100% Pure Philanthropy™ possible.

Nearly every major market sector has been reshaped by technology, yet philanthropy still operates through structures designed for a different era. InherisAI exists to change that. We are building an AI-native platform that connects donor intent directly to verified human need, provider payment, and measurable impact.

Three Key Innovations:

A new funding rail. Payment infrastructure built specifically for donor-intent philanthropy, beginning with a digital award card for behavioral healthcare. Directed giving becomes direct payment for care.
Intelligent social environments.

Continuously learning networks that strengthen trust, communication, and outcomes among donors, providers, and recipients.

Modern AI/Human organization. A new operating model in which people lead on strategy, judgment, ethics, and relationships while AI agents handle matching, coordination, communication, and reporting, achieving a 16x gain in administrative efficiency with zero overhead cost in the Mental Health Fund.

We begin in behavioral health, where the need is urgent, and the gap between available care and real access is impossible to ignore. The same infrastructure is built to scale across many sectors of human need.

InherisAI works alongside the Inheris Mental Health Fund, a separate 501(c)(3) public charity. The Fund raises and deploys charitable capital. InherisAI builds and operates the platform, funding rail, and AI systems that move that capital with speed, precision, and radically improved economics.

InherisAI powers the platform. The Fund powers care. Learn more at www.inherisai.com
