Jackie Colburn

Jackie Colburn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration. Currently serving as Human Resources Business Partner & Volunteer Services Manager at Inland Northwest Health Services since October 2015, Jackie previously held the role of Human Resources Systems Specialist, where responsibilities included analyzing and implementing new HR programs through technology. Jackie began working at Inland Northwest Health Services in 2008 as a Benefits/HR Specialist, administrating the Performance Management system and conducting benefits presentations. Prior experience includes the position of Payroll/HRIS Specialist at Western United Life Assurance, focusing on HR duties and data integrity. The career began as a Payroll Administrator at Merced Sun-Star, managing payroll for over 550 employees. Jackie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management with concentrations in Human Resources and Project Management from Ashford University.
