Prior to this role, Hasan served as the Chief Risk Officer at MeDirect Belgium, adeptly overseeing various financial risks and successfully navigating the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Hasan’s extensive experience includes leadership positions at major financial institutions such as Nomura, Deutsche Bank, and Commerzbank AG, where they managed complex credit exposures and enhanced risk frameworks across multiple regions. Hasan holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
