Harshith Duba

Harsh Duba serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Synaptic Simulations, leading a team dedicated to developing flight simulation addons, including the flagship Synaptic A22X for Microsoft Flight Simulator. As a 3D Model Developer at iniBuilds Ltd., Harsh conceptualized and delivered detailed 3D assets for aircraft and upcoming DLC. Previous roles include a Data Quality Analyst at owl.co, where Harsh conducted insurance claim investigations, an IT Technician at Credit Valley Conservation, providing technical support, and the Founder and Director of Operations at Cyber Sharp Solutions, specializing in cybersecurity services. Academically, Harsh is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering at McMaster University, building on a strong foundation from Earl Haig Secondary School. Notable achievements include being a National Finalist in the STEM Fellowship Big Data Challenge and competing in the DECA Entrepreneurship series.
