Colm Barrett

Colm Barrett has a diverse work experience in the insurance and consulting industry. Colm is currently working as the Head Of Compliance at Inigo Insurance since December 2021. Before that, they held the position of Compliance Officer from May 2021 to November 2021 at the same company.

Prior to Inigo Insurance, Colm worked at StarStone Insurance from 2017 to 2021. During their tenure, they held multiple roles including Compliance Officer, Executive Director at StarStone Underwriting Limited, and Compliance Consultant.

Before joining StarStone Insurance, Colm worked as a Consultant at The Navigators Group, Inc. in 2016 and at EY in 2015.

Colm began their career at S.A. Meacock and Company Limited in 2011, where they held the roles of Compliance and Reporting Officer from 2014 to 2015 and Compliance and Underwriting Assistant from 2011 to 2013.

Colm Barrett pursued a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Southampton, completing it between 2006 and 2009. Colm then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Global Politics from the same university from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they earned a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
