Evans Jay has been working in the field of biomedical research since 1998. Evans started as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and then moved to the University of Texas Southwestern in 1999. In 2000, they joined GSK as an Investigator, Project Leader, and Principle Investigator. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at the University of Montana as a Research Professor and Director of the Center for Translational Medicine. Evans then joined Inimmune Corporation as President and CEO, where they were responsible for the discovery and development of new immunomodulatory therapeutics for the treatment of various diseases.
Evans Jay attended Oregon State University from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Prior to that, they attended Pacific Lutheran University from 1989 to 1992 and received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology.
