Eike Jepsen

Eike Jepsen began their professional journey in the manufacturing sector as an industrial manager, pursuing dual studies and serving as an executive assistant. Following a keen interest in IT and government, Eike completed a Master's degree in Public Sector Innovation and eGovernance through the Pioneer Erasmus Mundus program in Belgium, Germany, and Estonia. Currently a Senior Consultant at ]init[ AG, Eike focuses on advancing comprehensive digitalization in Germany, building on prior experience as a Professional Consultant and in various roles within the field.
