Julia Läkemäker

Julia Läkemäker is the Chief Operating Officer at ]init[ AG für digitale Kommunikation, where they have been instrumental since 2001 in developing innovative end-to-end platforms for digital administration. With a strong focus on both national and international digital projects, they emphasize clear project management and the use of cutting-edge technologies. Julia is also passionate about empowering women in the IT sector and leadership positions, believing that increased female representation benefits the industry as a whole. They hold a Diplom in Administrative Sciences from Universität Potsdam and continue their studies at Universität Konstanz.
