Lena Metzger

Lena Metzger is a Managing Business Analyst at ]init[ - Services for the eSociety, where they have progressed through various roles since 2023. Prior to this, Lena gained experience as a Working Student in public sector consulting at Capgemini and the Berlin Center for Digital Transformation at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. They also completed internships at the Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) Germany and Gründerszene. Lena holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Potsdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Public Administration from the University of Konstanz.
