Thomas Heimstaedt began their career as an intern in corporate communications at JENOPTIK AG from 2006 to 2007. They later completed a Master’s degree at Friedrich Schiller University Jena in 2008 and continued to develop their skills in communications as a trainee at IBM Deutschland GmbH from 2008 to 2010. In the following years, Thomas served as a Sales Manager Public at ]init[ AG from 2010 to 2013 and then became Geschäftsführer at polidia GmbH from 2014 until 2024. Currently, they are the Teamlead for Cloud Services at ]init[ AG, a position they have held since 2024.
