Karsten Andersen is currently the Head of Projects at Init since 2024. They previously worked as an Automation Engineer and Project Manager at Balslev Consulting Engineers A/S from 2017 to 2018, and held the position of Technical Engineer at Dansk Process Energi from 2003 to 2012.
