Mads Winther is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Init since September 2025, Mads previously worked as a Project Engineer at AFRY from February 2021 to September 2025, focusing on pharmaceutical process design.
