Tina Moe

Tina Moe is the CEO of Leadership of the Future ApS, a company that supports leaders in transforming their leadership to fit a fast-changing, sustainable, technology-enabled world. They also serve as a board chair or board member for several organizations in tech, consulting and sustainability, including Algiecel (Chairperson), IPU (Chairperson of the Board for IPU P/S and Vice Chairman of IPU Fonden), and Danish Aerospace Company (Board Member). Their career history includes senior leadership roles such as General Manager Denmark & Disciplines at NNE, Senior Vice President at ALECTIA, and Project Director at Novo Nordisk, along with an earlier academic appointment as Assistant Professor at DTU. They hold a Ph.D. in Optimisation of Biotech Processes and an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from DTU, and have completed executive education at CBS Executive and a Harvard Business School masterclass.
