Account Manager at Initials CX

Beth Crosbie has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. Beth started their career as a Retail Assistant at Waitrose & Partners, where they gained valuable skills working across multiple counters and taking on additional roles on the shop floor and behind the tills. Beth then worked as a Waitress at Dirty Sixth, where they provided excellent customer service and worked both as a server and bartender during busy events. In 2019, they joined Pearson College London as a Marketing Assistant, responsible for creating marketing content, running campaigns, and managing website updates using AEM. Beth was later promoted to the role of Marketing Executive, where they continued to handle various marketing tasks such as producing email content, creating social media copy, and working with external suppliers to boost lead generation. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Account Executive at Initials CX, with their main responsibilities being account management.

Beth Crosbie attended Godalming College from 2016 to 2018, where they pursued studies in Economics, Biology, and Mathematics. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Kent from 2019 to 2022, earning a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In February 2020, they obtained a certification as a Pearson Apprentice Ambassador from Pearson UK.
