Mihir Mange

Mihir Mange is the founder and CEO of INITIALYZE. Mihir has extensive experience in leading and delivering complex CMS implementations, mobile apps, products, and platforms built on .NET, Java, and RoR.

Mihir began their career at Rauxa in January 2013 as the VP of Technology & Architecture. In this role, they were responsible for managing, training, and leading a team of engineers and senior architects with backgrounds spanning multiple technologies and platforms. Mihir also developed best practices and patterns for the Adobe practice at Rauxa.

In March 2015, Mihir left Rauxa to start INITIALYZE. At INITIALYZE, Mihir leads a team of engineers and architects who deliver complex CMS implementations, mobile apps, products, and platforms built on .NET, Java, and RoR. Mihir also coaches and mentors direct and indirect reports and sets strategic goals for the team.

Mihir Mange has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from University of Massachusetts Lowell. Mihir is certified from Contentstack in Content Modeling With Content Stack, Adobe in Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Architect, Adobe in Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner, Adobe in Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Developer, and Adobe in Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Dev/Ops Engineer. Mihir is also certified from ATG (Advanced Technology Group, Inc.) in ATG Content Administration, Adobe in Adobe Experience Manager (CQ5) 5.3 thru 6.1 (Advanced Developer, Systems Administrator), Crownpeak in Crownpeak Advanced Developer, HP Autonomy in Interwoven Teamsite 6.1, 7.1 and Livesite 3.0, and Sitecore in Sitecore 6.1, 6.5
