Susanne Pollack

Susanne Pollack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various sectors. As the Managing Partner at Initiera AB since February 2014, Susanne focuses on investing in a sustainable future. Previous positions include VD and Chief Operating Officer at TAM Group, Delägare och Senior Consultant at Sharing Capabilities, and Partner at Elements Consulting AB. Susanne has also served as Division Leader in Infrastructure at SWECO and held key project management roles in SWECO Management and EADS Space and Transportations. Susanne holds a Master’s degree in Material Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
