Jan Paap has experience working as a Berater Business Intelligence und Data Warehouse at initions AG since March 2021. Prior to that, Jan worked as a Consultant at SCHICKLER Media Consultants/ SCHICKLER Beratungsgruppe from October 2019 to February 2021. Jan also has experience as a Praktikant at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) and has worked as a Werkstudent at Deloitte Consulting. Jan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Performance in Socio-Technical Systems from Technische Universität Dresden and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
